Avery Dennison MPI Value Film is a digital printing material with a monomer calendered grade PVC surface layer, widely used for variousshort-term promotional advertisements and outdoor signs. With 12 product combinations, it meets the needs of common applications.

Avery Dennison MPI Value Film is a versatile short-term promotional grade PVC pressure-sensitive adhesive film that is suitable for a variety of digital printing technology platforms, including solvent and weak solvent printing systems. Due to the diversity and differences in equipment and ink systems, the compatibility of Avery Dennison SLP series digital media with the printing system should be tested and confirmed under the guidance of Avery Dennison technical representatives.

Special reminder:
The printed images must be fully dried before undergoing subsequent processes such as lamination, varnishing or other post-treatment. Residual solvents in the ink can alter the specific performance data of the product.
To achieve better printing and processing performance, it is recommended that the materials to be printed or laminated be left in the production workshop environment for at least 24 hours. If the temperature and humidity on the material surface differ significantly from those of the environment, defects such as poor material flatness and poor printing quality may occur.
The recommended ideal operating temperature is 20°C ± 2°C with a relative humidity of 50%.
4. Removability of the material, excluding cases where it is applied to the following substrates: nitrocellulose lacquer, ABS, polystyrene, freshly printed screen printing ink layers and certain PVC.

2) Durability
The actual service life depends on the preparation of the substrate, the usage environment and the maintenance of the marking. Markings placed facing south, in areas with long-term high temperatures, industrial pollution or high altitudes will all reduce the outdoor durability of the material.
